How to spread Cookie Sheet Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Spread around the cookie sheet. It will cover the whole area. I sprinkle flour over the top and use a spatula to spread it.

Once spread place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Hint: After the cookies come out of the oven. Let cool and then stick into the freezer before and after frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Milk
  • Food coloring
Cream Cheese frosting

First cream cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until it looks like this. I use my paddle to mix frosting. It will take roughly 1 minute to get to this point. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Add milk until it is the consistency you want.

After the cookie is cold I pull it out of the freezer and added the frosting. I then stick it back into the freezer. I find these cookie sheet cream cheese sugar cookies are better when cold.
