Today we're sharing our outdoor summer makeover featuring outdoor seating, as a part of Outdoor Summer Tour hosted by Sue and Teri of Wood and Vine! If you're coming from Cuter Tudor Welcome! Isn't Amy's space so fun?  I love all the greenery and textures she added to her outdoor space!

Creating Outdoor Seating

One of my favorite things about summer is sitting on my front porch.  After a long day it is so refreshing to go sit on the front porch and just watch the world go by, not to mention, incredible mountain views.

Sometimes depending on the size of your porch, it will limit what you can do for outdoor seating. I love bistro sets, but I couldn't find the perfect one to fit my smaller space. After looking and looking I realized I had this cute little table in my garage and these chairs that a dear friend had given me. With a quick coat of white paint they came together, creating the perfect small bistro set for my porch.

I also really like to change the decor out on this table! It is small, but serves the purpose I was hoping for.

Small tables can be perfect for adding pieces of home decor to accent your outdoor space.

I also love to change out my pillows on these chairs. They bring in just the right amount of decor.Front porch seating

While I do love the bistro set... it isn't the most comfortable area to sit for long periods of time, so I added these rocking chairs on the other side of my front porch!

Rocking chairs are super comfortable and don't take up a ton of space. Another great option is a rocking bench or glider.
