Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ cup shortening
Frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar together
- Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Cut shortening in to flour mixture until fine crumbles.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
- Mix all frosting ingredients together.
- Add frosting to the sugar cookie dough while it is still warm.
- Add fruit
