Lima Bean Goulash

Don't be freaked out by the title. This recipe is a family favorite around here. I would say it is like a chili, with a little twist.

- 1 LB ground beef
- ½ onion
- 2 cans lima beans aka butter beans
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups corn
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Brown the ground beef with chopped onions and salt and pepper to taste. Once the beef is browned then add beans, tomato soup and corn. Stir together and add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
After everything has been stirred together. Place the pan into the oven and cook for roughly 25 minutes. Or until it begins to bubble.
