First dice up the ham steak into cubes.
Scramble up your eggs in the wok first before adding anything else.
Add ham, peas and corn to the wok. Heat them all up together.

Hint: Start the water for the minute rice at the beginning and then add rice once boiling.
Equipment For Fast Ham Fried Rice
Cooking ham fried rice is easiest in a wok, it makes it much easier to stir the rice. A countertop wok is our favorite as it is easiest to keep the rice warm. Shop here. But you can also use a stove top wok. Shop here
Ham fried rice is so easy to keep warm for the evening. When we have crazy schedules for the night I will often make this early on and then keep it warm in the wok.
Not to mention it is delicious the next day. We store it in an air tight container in the fridge. Just warm it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and it is ready to be eaten.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does!
