Let’s be honest.  Trying to find somewhere to eat as a family can be a little tricky.  I want somewhere nutritional, the kids want straight carbs and the hubs… well he will eat anything.  Enter Noodles & Company.  They have such delicious items on the menu everyone can find something to make them happy.

Have you ever tried their Wisconsin mac and cheese?  It is so delicious, I even sneak a few bites.  It has a creamy cheese sauce over the noodles and it is topped with shredded cheese.  Is your month watering too?  YUMMY!!!

My middle daughter loves spicy things so she tried out the spicy Korean beef.  Which is Ramen noodles tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style BBQ sauce, marinated steak, napa and red cabbage, spinach, topped with cucumber, green onions and cilantro.  This one is one of my favorites too.  But if you don’t like spicy food you may want to stay away from this dish.

I decided to tryout one of their dishes with zoodles, which is zucchini cut like noodles. I know it sounds kind of weird… but WOW it was delicious! Honestly, mixed with spaghetti I couldn’t even tell a difference. Definitely a great nutritional substitute for pastas. My kids even tried the zoodles and really liked them.

This is the zucchetti garlic and wine sauce with balsamic chicken.  It has zucchini noodles and spaghetti in white wine garlic sauce with balsamic chicken, roasted zucchini, Roma tomato, spinach, onion and basil. Finished with parmesan and lemon.  It has such great flavors that all worked together so well.
